Kate was sent to the local ballet school at the age of five, but her love for dancing really developed during her disco years.
When line dancing became popular she started teaching it, with great success and acclaim.
At the Linedancer Crystal Boot Awards held in Blackpool, Kate has won many awards including ‘Female Dance Personality of the Year' and she is always a popular teacher and host at KingsHill events.
Heather started dancing 27 years ago as a pupil. The possibility to teach came a year later when she started her own classes and club, The Bootleggers, which has been running very successfully ever since holding monthly socials along with biannual festivals and weekends.
Heather worked for her Teacher’s Exam in 1996 under the mentorship of "Mad" Lizzie Clarke, passing her final exams in 1999. She joined KingsHill in March 2007 and has become a very popular dance host at our events.
